About the Role
As a Ramp Crew Specialist at Western Sydney International Airport, you'll be at the heart of every aircraft turnaround, delivering below-wing ground handling services on behalf of Star Aviation's airline customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Marshalling aircraft and managing aircraft movements including pushback
- Operating specialised GSE including pallet/platform loaders, tugs, GPUs and stairs
- Loading and unloading baggage, freight and mail in accordance with load instructions
- Cabin cleaning and fleet presentation duties
- Assisting passengers, including those with special needs
Essential Requirements
- Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and endure physical, outdoor work
- Reliable, punctual and safety-focused
