  • Perform duties in accordance with approved technical procedures and company standards (EASA/CAAS Part 145 or equivalent).
  • Operate and maintain tools, equipment, and machinery relevant to your discipline, which may include hand tools, gauges and fixtures, CNC machines, furnaces, automated robots, process lines, or specialised inspection and testing equipment.
  • Work in accordance with technique sheets and quality procedures, which may include cleanroom operations for certain roles.
  • Read and interpret 3D feature drawings, technical manuals, and diagrams.
  • Identify and report faults, defects, or unusual observations to supervision, and support improvement initiatives, 5S activities and housekeeping standards.

  • A NITEC certificate or Diploma in an Engineering-related field, or an equivalent level of education.
  • Able to interpret and read 3D feature drawings and technical documentation.
  • Relevant hands-on experience or certifications (such as NDT Level II/NAS410-EN4179, welding qualifications, or cleanroom environment experience) will be an advantage depending on the role; some positions are open to fresh graduates with no prior experience.
  • Must be able to work on rotating shifts and overtime if required, inclusive of weekends and public holidays.
  • Must be able to work at Seletar.
