About the Role
A full-time, permanent position based at Qantas' new Product Innovation Centre in Adelaide. The Senior Quality Engineer tests Qantas applications, shapes and expands test automation infrastructure, and helps ensure software reliability, performance and security.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop automation scripts and suites and enhance CI systems
- Explore non-functional testing including accessibility, performance and security
- Design automated test cases and troubleshoot issues with the team
- Continuously improve testing tools and refine test approach
Essential Requirements
- 6+ years in enterprise QA roles, with automation testing for mobile and mobile back-end APIs
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Experience in BDD, CI, Git and cloud platforms such as AWS
- Native mobile automation experience (XCUI and/or Espresso)
- Experience leading small QA teams and mentoring testers
