About the Role
- Contribute towards the Data & Analytics strategy in Personalisation and Experimentation across Qantas Loyalty
- 12-month fixed term role based at the Corporate Campus in Mascot
Working in Qantas Loyalty is exciting and fast moving. Working closely with leadership, the Data Product Manager works directly with complex datasets to deliver high-impact, high-quality data products that form the foundation for business-embedded analytics teams. In this role, you will actively manipulate and analyse large datasets to build data products that drive productivity across customer, member, marketing, digital, and partner insights. Critical to the success of this position is the ability to understand the needs of stakeholders and the importance of insights to driving business outcomes.
What You'll Bring to the Role
- 18 months+ experience in a Data & Analytics role
- Tertiary degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related analytical field
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of how to relate insights to the levers of value creation
- Previous experience turning raw data into actionable, value-adding insights and recommendations, with a proven track record of success
- Experience extracting and manipulating large volume data with SQL, with direct experience with the Teradata platform preferred
- Prior experience in Tableau desired
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A problem solving mindset focused on solving business challenges with the data available
