Expressions of interest are currently being sought for casual on call/casual pool Ground Support/UAV workers to join our team.
Crews tour on a 19 day on, 9 days off roster pattern with two days off per tour, however your availability will also be considered.
Work is primarily based in W.A, however on occasions there may be a requirement to support our crews in QLD, NSW & Tas. with operational allowances (conditions apply), and a Tax-Free Meal Allowance paid as well.
Must haves
Minimum of a current HR (or above) licence with demonstrated driving experience, and no major offences within the last 3 years.
Dangerous Goods (Road Transport) Licence or able to obtain one (pass medical)
Commitment to Aeropower values
Be a Team player who is happy to contribute to solutions to issues that may arise
Be prepared to work average 8–10-hour days supporting your team
Strong communication skills (verbal, written)
Safety focused.
Basic computer skills
Basic mechanical knowledge
Must be fit and able to continuously climb stairs on truck/s and flight deck
Must be prepared to undertake pre-employment Drug & Alcohol, and Audio test.
Calm in all situations and understands the challenges of change and growth
Sponsorship not available, must have full working rights with no restrictions
Nice to haves:
CASA issued RPA license with multi-rotor category.
Synchromesh and Automatic gear box experience
Industry White (Construction) Card
Current1st Aid & CPR training
FIFO/Remote living experience
Recent Licence and traffic history report
Live within close proximity to an airport
