The Jr. Specialist, Catering Standards Compliance will support the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of catering quality, food safety, and compliance programs to help ensure that catering operations and service providers consistently meet company standards, regulatory requirements, and operational expectations.

Who Are We Looking For?

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Hospitality Management, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
• Experience in quality assurance, food safety, compliance, and large food production (catering operations) is an advantage.
• Knowledge of food safety systems, quality management principles, HACCP, GMP, and compliance standards.
• Strong analytical, reporting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Major Responsibility Areas

• Assist in conducting inspections, evaluations, and compliance reviews of catering operations, food safety practices, and service delivery standards for both domestic and international stations.
• Analyze compliance-related data.
• Monitor adherence to company policies, quality requirements, food safety standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Support the documentation, investigation, and follow-through of findings, observations, and corrective action initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external catering service providers to address quality, compliance, food safety, and service-related concerns.
• Validate hygiene, sanitation, and safety reports, and conduct audits of personnel training records, health records, HACCP and GMP compliance records, and operational hazard or safety event reports.
• Conduct periodic reviews of department-owned Manual and ensure this is updated to reflect approved changes and/or revisions.
• Prepare and maintain audit reports, compliance records, performance monitoring reports, and related documentation to support continuous improvement efforts.
