About the Role
24-month fixed term opportunity based in Perth, working a 4 on, 4 off roster. As a Technical Records Officer, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate aircraft maintenance records and ensuring all documentation is processed, reviewed, and stored in line with regulatory, business, and operational requirements, supporting continuing airworthiness for the fleet.
Key Responsibilities
Working closely with Engineering, Maintenance, Planning, and operational teams, assist with the review and management of technical documentation, data entry, record updates, and reporting activities to support the safe and efficient operation of the fleet.
Essential Requirements
- Experience in technical records, aviation records, maintenance administration, or a similar administrative role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing and maintaining documentation
- Sound computer literacy and confidence using records management systems
- Ability to interpret and process maintenance documentation, work packs, logbooks, or technical records
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders across Engineering, Maintenance, and Planning teams
Desirable
An understanding of aviation compliance, safety, or regulatory requirements. Previous experience in an airline, MRO, or aviation maintenance environment.
