Location: Perth Airport, Western Australia

Roster: 7-on / 7-off rotating roster (AM & PM shifts only – no night shifts)

Aircraft: De Havilland Dash 8 Classic/Q400

Due to continued fleet and operational growth, we are seeking a Licensed B1 Aircraft Maintenance Engineer to join our professional, friendly Maintenance team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a well-structured role, with a company committed to your ongoing development.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Carrying out maintenance operations in a safe and compliant manner.

  • Ensuring engineering work meets the highest quality and regulatory standards.

  • Liaising with pilots and flight crew regarding maintenance requirements and pre-flight matters.

  • Maintaining accurate logs, records, and technical documentation.

  • Supporting continuous improvement in maintenance practices.

What We’re Looking For

Essential Criteria

  • B1 Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (LAME)

  • Type Rating on Dash 8 Q400 or Classic series is essential.

  • Current, valid driver's licence.

  • Ability to gain and maintain an ASIC.

  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving capability.

  • Confidence using aviation maintenance software and tooling.

  • High level of accuracy and commitment to safe work practices.

  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities.

  • Commitment to ongoing learning and staying current with industry developments.
