We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Grade 3 Flight Instructor to join our team. This role is an excellent opportunity for newly qualified instructors to gain valuable experience in a supportive training environment while helping students achieve their aviation goals.
About the Role
As a Grade 3 Flight Instructor, you will:
Conduct ab-initio flight and ground training for RPL and PPL students.
Deliver training in accordance with CASA requirements and company procedures.
Support students with coaching, mentoring, and progress feedback.
Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Work under the guidance and supervision of senior instructors while developing your instructional skills.
What We’re Looking For
Current Grade 3 Flight Instructor Rating with appropriate endorsements.
CASA CPL (A) or higher licence.
Class 1 Aviation Medical.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive attitude and commitment to safety, professionalism, and continuous learning.
