We're seeking passionate Grade 2 and 3 Fixed Wing Flight Instructors to join our professional team, with immediate part-time and full-time positions available.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of Australia's most respected flying training organisations. As a Flight Instructor at RACWA, you'll play a key role in developing the next generation of pilots, while working in a fun, supportive and safety-focused club environment.
Key Responsibilities
Delivering high-quality flight training to student pilots
Conducting clear and effective briefs and debriefs
Promoting critical thinking and threat & error management
Monitoring, assessing and recording student progress
Maintaining adherence to all safety policies and training standards
Creating a positive and encouraging learning environment
Ensuring the safety of all flight operations
Being a part of a club environment and a 97 year old cherished institution
What we're looking for
A genuine passion for aviation and student development
Excellent communication and mentoring skills
Strong understanding of aviation regulations, safety protocols and training best practices
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and safety
Ability to work within a team
Enjoy working with a wide range of students, from integrated full-time students to private part-time students.

Essential Qualifications
Grade 2 or 3 Instructor Rating Training Endorsement
Class 1 Medical
Unrestricted Working with Children Check
Dangerous Goods Certificate
