Link Airways and Corporate Air provide airline and air charter services to customers in eastern and southern Australia. We are currently seeking a suitably experienced Ramp Agent to join our FBO team based at Brisbane Airport.
About the Role
- Ensuring safe and efficient handling of aircraft in an array of activities such as baggage handling, aircraft towing, aircraft cleaning, receipt and dispatch of charter and scheduled flights.
- Strong communication ability coupled with a measured approach to problem solving when handling disruptions and discrepancies.
- Maintaining accurate communications between all parties participating in the airline's operation.
- Representing the company image through uniform presentation, grooming excellence and customer service delivery.
- Ensuring aviation safety and security compliance relating to passengers and staff.
About You
- Previous airline or customer service experience (airline experience highly regarded).
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for customer service.
- A strong commitment to safety and a positive safety culture.
- Ability to work effectively within a small team while also being confident working independently.
