What You'll Be Doing

• Greeting and assisting passengers at security checkpoints
• Providing respectful and professional screening
• Helping manage passenger flow with calm and clarity
• Working within clear safety and security procedures
• Being the reassuring face of airport security for thousands of travellers

Who We're Looking For

• Male and female-identifying individuals (to ensure respectful screening for all passengers)
• Great communicators who enjoy helping people
• Customer service experience welcome, but not required
• Willing to complete Certificate II in Transport Security Protection (training offered at a reduced rate, with eligible applicants able to access Queensland SAS RTO funding to help subsidise the course cost)

What You Need

• Full working rights in Australia
• Ability to pass a drug screening, medical check, and criminal history check (ASIC eligibility)
• Unrestricted driver's licence and reliable transport
• Availability to work on a 24/7 rotating roster (part-time)

Training & Development

Access to a nationally recognised qualification — only $1,300 for a Certificate II in Transport Security Protection (normally $2,000), with hands-on learning at Brisbane Airport.
