About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Hover UAV as the Sales & Administration Assistant, playing a key role supporting day-to-day operations, assisting the sales process, coordinating client communications, and ensuring the smooth running of administrative functions across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to the sales and operations teams
- Assisting with client enquiries, scheduling meetings, and maintaining customer relationships
- Preparing proposals, quotes, presentations, and tender documentation
- Coordinating sales activities and ensuring accurate record management within CRM systems
- Managing office administration tasks, including document preparation, filing, and data entry
- Supporting marketing and social media activities where required
- Assisting with inventory coordination, supplier communications, and general operational support
- Maintaining and updating company databases, systems, and reports
- Helping ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external stakeholders
Essential Requirements
- Experience in administration, sales support, or customer service roles
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general business systems
- Experience using CRM systems and managing client records is highly regarded
- A proactive and collaborative mindset, with the ability to work independently
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
Desirable
Experience in Canva and supporting marketing activities or social media management. Also ideal for university students or early-career professionals looking to gain hands-on experience in business, sales, marketing, and administration.
