  • Committed to completing a 5 Year Apprenticeship

  • Is reliable, curious, and driven to learn as well as punctual

  • Has strong problem-solving skills

  • Listens carefully, speaks clearly, and writes neatly and accurately

  • Is physically fit and prepared to do quality work

  • Willing to learn a wide range of skills

  • Has successfully completed Year 12 or equivalent

  • Strong interest in mechanical and electrical work

  • Is able to gain and retain an ASIC and ADA

  • Able to pass pre employment and ongoing drug & alcohol testing

  • Wants to be part of a team that values safety, skill, and growth
