The Opportunity

dnata is seeking a full-time Catering Attendant to join its Sydney team, working in a fast-paced commercial kitchen ensuring flights are fully stocked and ready for service.

Key Responsibilities

Disassemble airline carts and load equipment into commercial dishwashers
Unload dishwashers and ensure equipment is clean and ready for use
Reassemble airline carts and distribute stock to operational work areas
Handle food waste, general waste and bonded goods per company procedures
Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety policies including HACCP, IFSA and QSAI standards

Essential Requirements

Full ongoing working rights in Australia
Ability to pass pre-employment checks including National Police Check and medical assessment
Availability to work shifts including weekends and public holidays
Comfortable working in chilled and refrigerated environments
