CQ Rescue has delivered essential aeromedical, search and rescue, and disaster relief helicopter services to Central Queensland for 30 years, operating 24/7 from Mackay Airport.
About the Role
CQ Rescue is seeking expressions of interest from experienced AW139 Aircrew Officers for a casual touring position at Mackay Airport, supporting operational coverage requirements. The roster is 15 days on / 13 days off, with the successful candidate touring from their home location. Aircrew Officers work both day and night duty periods.
Essential Requirements
- Certificate IV in Aviation (Aircrew Officer)
- CASR Part 67 Class 2 Medical
- NVIS qualified
- AW139 experience
- Experience in medical transport and SAR helicopter operations
- Advanced resuscitation and first aid qualifications
- Current HUET
- ASIC holder
- Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or approved work visa
- ICAO Level 4 English proficiency
