Key Responsibilities
- Assist LAMEs with scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on fixed-wing aircraft
- Carry out basic maintenance tasks under supervision
- Support aircraft inspections and defect rectification
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with CASA regulations and company procedures
- Complete maintenance documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
About You
- Minimum 1–2 years of fixed-wing aircraft maintenance experience required
- Familiarity with CASA regulatory requirements
- Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision of LAMEs
- Basic understanding of aircraft systems and maintenance practices
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Desirable
- Progress toward CASA Part 66 licence
- Experience working in an Australian maintenance environment
- Exposure to C210 & C441 aircraft
