As a Cyber Security Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining security controls to protect our customer’s network, ICT systems and data from cyber security threats. This role will have the chance to lead Defence Cyber Security Assessment & Authorisation processes to assist our customer achieve Authority to Operate.
We have multiple Cyber Security Specialist roles to fill across various programs.
The role we are offering you
- Design security infrastructures and ICT system protection
- Develop and maintain information security policies and compliance
- Assess security control effectiveness
- Develop and maintain Cyber Security Assessment and Authorisation (accreditation) documentation.
Our ideal candidate has:
- Experience within the Defence industry and already holding a Defence Security clearance of NV1 or above is highly desirable
- Proven experience in IT administration & IT Security
- Strong knowledge and exposure to Cyber GRC Services
Location:
- Homebush, NSW
- This role will operate a hybrid working approach.
- Your role will involve some travel to sites

Security requirements
As the Australian Department of Defence is a major client, you must be eligible to obtain a Defence Security Clearance to work in this role – please be mindful to obtain a clearance, one of the main requirements is you must be an Australian Citizen.
