- Elite Instruction: If you’ve flown and instructed on the C130, A400M, C17, or C27J, you’re exactly who we’re looking for. No C27J type rating? No problem—we’ll provide the training you need.
- Security & Impact: Candidates must be from the UK, US, or Canada to meet security clearance requirements, ensuring you’ll play a key role in defense and security.
- Report to the C-27J Key Account Manager and Lead Instructor, supporting the Spartan Pilot Initial Qualification (PIQ) Course and advanced training programs.
- Deliver engaging mission briefs and debriefs.
- Provide hands-on simulator instruction to C-27J pilot students in a brand-new, state-of-the-art Flight Training Device
- Collaborate with simulator maintenance teams to keep training equipment at peak performance.
- Help develop and continuously improve training materials, ensuring our syllabus stays cutting-edge.
