It is one of the largest and best-equipped heliports in the Southern Hemisphere, playing a vital role in transporting oil and gas personnel to operations in the Browse Basin offshore from the Kimberley coast.

About the Role

Broome Heliport is seeking a fit, enthusiastic and energetic individual to join their high-performing team as a Heliport Operations Officer, working on an ongoing basis up to 38 hours per week with potential overtime.

Main Responsibilities

  • Passenger transfers
  • Check-in
  • Presentation of pre-flight safety briefs
  • Security screening
  • Baggage and freight handling
  • Administration and other duties as required

About You

  • Minimum 21 years of age with a current Australian driver's licence
  • Permanent working rights in Australia
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule with rotating shifts including on-call and weekends, up to 38 hours per week with potential overtime
  • Own accommodation and reliable transportation in Broome
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • LR truck licence and Passenger Transport Driver Authority (desirable)
