Brooks Airways is an exciting new addition to the Brooks Hire Group, a family-owned organisation with over 45 years in business. Brooks Airways provide urgent international medical flights and domestic charter flights including FIFO, various Government bodies and urgent freight.
Brooks Airways is both an aircraft owner operator (AoC holder) based near Perth Airport and an aircraft Maintenance Repair Organisation (MRO) located at Jandakot, Western Australia; our MRO division provides dedicated in-house maintenance in support to our fleet of Learjet 35's, also King Air B200 and B1900 turbo prop aircraft.

About the role:
Due to increased demand in the international medical evacuation and domestic charter sectors, Brooks Airways is currently looking for an experienced B1LAME to join our team at Jandakot, the successful applicant will also be working on our Learjet 35, Kingair B200 fleets and our B1900D, tasks will include regular line maintenance activities at our MRO in Jandakot and also ad-hoc engineering support at Perth Airport.

About the role:
Replace parts and subassemblies of airframes
Replace and test aircraft oxygen system components
Maintain aircraft and carry out regular inspections
Maintain records of action taken
Requirements:
· CASA Part 66 License B1
· Proven experience in aircraft maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting.
· An understanding of CASA regulations and compliance requirements
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
· Excellent attention to detail with aircraft documentation and records
· Ability to obtain and hold an ASIC.
· Must be a Permanent Resident with working rights in Australia or an Australian Citizen
Desirable:
· B1900 experience
· Familiarity with Aerotrack maintenance software
· Holder of an Airside Drivers Licence (Perth Airport)
· PW PT6 experience
