The Opportunity
Field Service Representative acting as the technical bridge between customers and product development, delivering training, demonstrations and field drone operations for cUAS and ISR capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop expert-level operational knowledge of Boresight's product range
- Deliver operator training courses to local and international customers
- Support technology demonstrations, field maintenance and drone operation
- Provide customer service and technical support via phone, email and on-site visits
- Contribute to operator manuals and training material
Essential Requirements
- 3–5 years' experience as a Field Service Engineer/Representative
- Understanding of mechanical, electrical or electronic systems
- Australian citizen able to obtain/hold a Baseline security clearance
- Australian open driver's licence
Desirable
- Drone or autonomous technology operation experience; Remote Pilot Licence (RePL)
Pay
$90,000–$110,000 (excl. super), depending on experience.
