About the Role
Boeing Defence Australia is seeking a Payroll Officer to support the centralised payroll function and perform end-to-end payroll processing using both Aurion and Peoplesoft. This role is based in Brisbane.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with end-to-end payroll processing
- Maintaining payroll records and employee data
- Processing leave, payroll records and employee data
- Responding to payroll enquiries both written and verbal
- Preparing payroll reports and maintaining payroll documentation
Essential Requirements
- Immediately available for a start (highly desirable)
- 2+ years' hands-on payroll experience
- Previous experience using Aurion and PeopleSoft desirable
- Strong attention to detail, problem solving, strive for results and process improvement
- Strong Excel skills (minimum of intermediate or advanced)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be an Australian Citizen

- Experience with EOFY payroll process
