About the Role
Aviation Partnership Philippines Corporation is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Supervisor to oversee payment and disbursement operations, maintain financial controls, and lead the Accounts Payable team.
This role will oversee vendor payments, employee reimbursements, advances, and other disbursements while ensuring transactions are accurate, timely, and compliant. It will also support process improvements, finance automation, and effective vendor data management.

Key Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Supervisor include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Supervise daily Accounts Payable and disbursement activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, advances, and travel-related payments.
- Review invoice coding, journal entries, and payment transactions.
- Oversee payment runs, including checks, electronic fund transfers, bank transfers, and telegraphic transfers.
- Manage AP closing activities, reconciliations, aging reports, and discrepancy resolution.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, Philippine tax regulations, and government remittance requirements.
- Support audits and address related findings.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and paperless invoice processing.
- Lead and develop the Accounts Payable team while monitoring productivity, KPIs, and service levels.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Treasury, HR, Operations, IT, and other business units.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least five years of experience in Accounts Payable or Finance Operations, including two years in a supervisory role.
- Experience in audits, vendor management, and payment processing.
- Knowledge of Accounts Payable, financial controls, banking processes, and Philippine taxation.
- Experience using SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or a similar ERP system.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- CPA license, finance automation experience, and exposure to aviation, airline, logistics, shared services, or MRO environments are advantages.
