About the role:
We're seeking an experienced B1 Aircraft Maintenance Engineer to step into the role of Instructor – Delivery and Assessment. This is a dual-focused position:
As an Assessor, you'll play a vital role in evaluating competency, contributing to our Apprentice Management Framework, and ensuring our apprentices are supported, and assessed to the highest industry expectations.
As an instructor, you'll take the lead in delivering both theory and practical training within your trade stream, inspiring and supporting the next generation of aircraft maintenance engineers.

No instructor experience? No problem. While previous training or mentoring experience will be highly regarded, it's not essential – just bring your technical knowledge, growth mindset, and passion for aviation.

Certificate IV in Aeroskills (Mechanical)
EASA Part 66 recognised qualification will be highly regarded.
Current Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) or Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (LAME) licence will be highly regarded, along with experience in a training or mentoring role.
Willingness to learn, grow and obtain a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
Ability to work both autonomously and within a small, close-knit team.
Well-developed problem-solving skills and strong organisation skills.
Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for aviation.
Experience working in the aviation industry, preferably at least 3 years.
