You will also help build the instructional design capability of the wider team through collaboration, coaching and knowledge sharing.

Some of the exciting work you will get to do:

Learning Content Management & Improvement

  • Review existing learning content to ensure it remains accurate, relevant, consistent and fit for purpose.
  • Coordinate and support programme and content review cycles, identifying gaps, outdated material and opportunities for improvement.

  • Capture learner feedback and stakeholder input to evaluate learning effectiveness and inform continuous improvement.
  • Support the administration and maintenance of OTST learning content within the Learning Management System (LMS).

Stakeholder Engagement & Capability Development

  • Build effective relationships with operational teams, subject matter experts and stakeholders to understand learning needs and develop appropriate solutions.
  • Collaborate with fellow Learning & Development Partners to ensure consistency and quality across learning design and development.
  • Share instructional design knowledge, tools and techniques, coaching colleagues to build their eLearning and content development capability.
  • Support the development of on-the-job trainers through Train the Trainer initiatives and supporting learning resources.
  • Facilitate instructor-led training, workshops and presentations where required.
  • Identify opportunities to improve learning processes, resources and approaches across the organisation.
  • Perform any other accountabilities as reasonably assigned within the functions of the Operations Training & Standards Team.
