About the Role
Lead the sourcing, procurement, and logistics strategies that support one of the country's premier aviation training organizations. This managerial role in the Central Procurement and Logistics Department focuses on strategic procurement leadership to optimize costs, strengthen supplier partnerships, and ensure operational excellence.

- Procurement strategy and governance across the organization
- Supplier partnerships, contract negotiations, and vendor performance
- Cost optimization, savings initiatives, and value delivery
- Logistics operations and supply chain processing efficiency
- Inventory optimization and supply continuity
- Procurement compliance, audit readiness, and risk management
- Procurement support for business growth and expansion projects
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- More than 10 years of procurement or supply chain experience, at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier management
- Aviation or other regulated industry experience is an advantage
- Strong commercial, financial, and analytical acumen
- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and decision-making skills
