The Opportunity
Airservices is seeking Security Clearance Administration Officers (Melbourne or Sydney based, 24-month fixed term, multiple positions) to support the administration of personnel security clearances and background checking processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate security clearance sponsorship, initiation, renewals, transfers and separation processes
- Collect, review and maintain clearance documentation and supporting evidence
- Manage personnel security records, registers and reporting data
- Provide guidance to applicants and stakeholders regarding clearance processes and requirements
- Support audit readiness, compliance activities and data quality reviews
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in administration, coordination or compliance-focused roles
- Strong record-keeping and data management skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and confidence using databases or case management systems
- Australian citizen; AGSVA security clearance required
