About the Role
Air Laucala is seeking professional Captains to join the close-knit team based in Nadi, Fiji. This is a diverse position within a small and collaborative aviation team — while flying duties form the core of the role, you will also contribute to other operational tasks. The role offers a 10 consecutive days off per 30-day roster and competitive USD salary. Applicants must have the legal right to work in Fiji or be eligible to obtain it.
Minimum Qualifications
- ATPL(A)
- Class 1 Medical
- Minimum 2,000 hours total time
- Type rating on the Beechcraft King Air series strongly preferred
- 5–10 years of experience in commercial aviation operations
- High standard of personal presentation and attention to detail
- Strong customer service focus
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently and professionally in a charter environment
Preferred Experience
- Check and Training experience, with simulator instruction experience highly desirable
- Experience developing SOPs, company manuals, and operational standards
- Strong understanding of Safety Management Systems
- Experience working within a small team where broader operational support is required
