The Opportunity

We are seeking a Manager, Supply Chain for a 12-month maternity leave contract (with potential extension), responsible for ensuring the efficiency and reliability of our supply chain operations across Australia and New Zealand. Candidates should be available to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end supply chain process for the ANZ region, from procurement through to delivery
• Manage project orders, order processing, logistics, and stakeholder communications
• Coordinate procurement and logistics with global supply chain and freight partners
• Ensure smooth warehouse operations with a focus on safety, order accuracy, and optimal stock levels
• Lead and develop a small team (Warehouse Storeman, Contract Sales Administrator, Purchasing Coordinator)
• Build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and internal teams across Projects, Finance, Service, and Sales
• Support annual stock takes and ensure compliance with all internal processes and customer SLAs

Essential Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience with international import/export and freight
• 3–5 years' experience with SAP, and a background in logistics, purchasing, or supply chain
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain) is desirable
