Aircraft Structure and Sheet Metal Technician specializing in aircraft maintenance and safety-critical work
Saudi Arabia
I am an aircraft structure and sheet metal technician with deep experience in commercial and military aircraft maintenance and manufacturing, with a strong focus on technical accuracy, safety, and documentation. Since June 2015, I have worked as an Aircraft Structure Technician at Saudi Aerospace Engineering Industries and Saudi Technic under GACA approved work practices. I perform sensitive and critical maintenance on wide-body aircraft including Boeing 777/747/787 and Airbus A318/A320/A321/A330, including intermediate inspections, repairs, and structural component replacement based on repair manuals and drawings. Earlier, at Pakistan Aeronautical Complex, I worked in aircraft sheet metal and structural repair and modification across platforms such as C-130, JF-17, Mushshak, Super Mushshak, and K-8. I managed factory inspections and work instructions, supported ISO and aerospace standard implementation, participated in internal and external audits, and maintained daily accomplishment reporting. I bring hands-on skills in blueprint interpretation, metal forming, riveting and fastener installation, corrosion prevention control, and hazardous materials handling, along with Human Factors and IOSH safety training and strong computer literacy for maintenance reporting.
