Lucas Kuchel

I am a hospitality team member with experience preparing food, supporting kitchen operations, and working effectively during both busy and quiet periods. In my current role at Bettys Burgers, I open and close the kitchen, operate fryers, grills, and burger stations, and prepare ingredients while maintaining a strong team focus. I have also supported the lifestyles program at Southern Cross Care, where I helped set up and pack up activities and assisted residents. I work well under pressure, communicate clearly, and was nominated for the Bettys Brightest award.
