About the Role

The Operations Schedule Integration Specialist role drives best practices of governance and change across departments and to the front line, and is responsible for strategically enhancing the operational performance and stability of flying operations, with a primary focus on balancing operational and business requirements.

Essential Requirements

• Relevant tertiary education in aviation, logistics or a related discipline (desirable)
• Relevant leadership experience in aviation, logistical scheduling or resource planning
• At least three years' experience in logistical operations, scheduling or resource planning
• Sound understanding of network seasonality and SLOT submission practices
• Multi-departmental airline or technical operations experience
• Experience delivering cross-functional projects and supporting change in an operational environment
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills
• Highly developed planning, organisational and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of aviation regulations, legislation and operational requirements
• Understanding of the interdependencies between Network, Scheduling and Operations and their impact on operational KPIs and NPS
