Territory Air Services (TAS) is a family-owned and operated air charter company based in Darwin. We help students, teachers, patients, food and more get to and from communities across the Top End. We operate a fleet of five different types of single and twin-engine aircraft across the NT and into parts of Western Australia and Queensland.

About the Role
The Operations Controller plays a key part in supporting the daily operations of our business. The ideal candidate will be a clear communicator, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will support our pilots, interact with customers and problem solve.
Key Responsibilities
- Responding to phone and email enquiries, including providing quotes
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Assisting with passenger check-ins
- Supporting day-to-day business operations
- Assisting with scheduling of pilots, planes and maintenance
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
What We're Looking For
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
- A friendly, approachable personality
- Working With Children Card (or willingness to obtain)
- Dangerous Goods Awareness Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with Northern Territory geography and experience in aviation or related fields is highly desirable but not essential. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
