We’re building a talent pool of friendly, professional and service-focused individuals to support our private aviation operations, creating a warm and seamless welcome for our guests from the moment they arrive.
It’s a flexible, customer-facing role looking after private aviation passengers and crews, both at our FBO and around Auckland Airport.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Meeting and greeting passengers at our FBO and Auckland International or Domestic Terminals
- Driving passengers between terminals and to hotels, meetings and other destinations around Auckland
- Driving company vehicles including a Mercedes Vito and BMW X7
- Assisting passengers and crews with arrivals and departures
- Helping make sure the whole experience runs smoothly from start to finish
About You
We’re looking for people with a fun, professional personality who genuinely enjoy dealing with people. You’ll need to be punctual, reliable and well presented, with the confidence to look after everyone from families and flight crews through to corporate and VIP guests.
- A full NZ driver licence is essential.
- Multilingual applicants are very welcome, as we regularly look after passengers and crews from around the world.
- If you already have current Auckland Airport airside and/or terminal access, that’s a big advantage and could help you get involved with movements straight away.
- Previous aviation, hospitality, tourism or customer service experience would be great, but personality, reliability and a willingness to help are just as important.
Hours are casual and based around aircraft movements, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
