Aircraft Maintenance Technician (B1/B2)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform aircraft maintenance, inspections, repairs, servicing, and modification activities in accordance with approved maintenance data and procedures.
- Assist Licensed Aircraft Engineers (Cat B1/B2/C) in troubleshooting defects, defect rectification, and aircraft maintenance activities.
- Perform component removal and installation, system servicing, and functional checks under the supervision of Licensed Aircraft Engineers.
- Complete maintenance documentation, task cards, and worksheets accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with MOE procedures, Part-145 requirements, company policies, and safety regulations.
- Maintain housekeeping, tool control, and safe working practices within the maintenance environment.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in training and competency development programs.
What We're Looking For
- Certificate or Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance, Aerospace Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
- Basic knowledge of CAAM, EASA, or FAA Part-145 requirements.
- Familiarity with aircraft systems, maintenance practices, and technical documentation.
- Experience or knowledge in aircraft maintenance, preferably within an airline or MRO environment.
- Exposure to routine maintenance, servicing, and repair activities on aircraft.
- Exposure to third-party MRO operations and customer aircraft maintenance activities will be an added advantage.
- Good teamwork, communication skills, and the ability to follow technical instructions precisely.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to safety and quality standards.
