Aircraft Production Planner

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate aircraft maintenance inputs and work packages.
  • Prepare, monitor, and update maintenance schedules, task cards, and work progress.
  • Coordinate manpower, tooling, materials, and other maintenance requirements to support maintenance activities.
  • Work closely with Production, Technical Services, and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely completion of aircraft maintenance inputs.
  • Monitor maintenance progress and proactively highlight potential delays, risks, or constraints.
  • Maintain and archive aircraft maintenance records and planning documentation.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance planning efficiency, workflow coordination, and aircraft turnaround performance.

What We're Looking For

  • Certificate or Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance, Aerospace, Aeronautical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Candidates without the above qualification but with relevant aircraft maintenance planning or production planning experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Minimum two (2) years' work experience in aircraft maintenance planning or production planning will be an advantage.
  • Experience in an airline or MRO engineering environment is preferred.
  • Knowledge of aircraft maintenance documentation and planning processes.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
