About the Role

The Senior Executive, Hospitality Operations is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of hospitality, banquet, and event services to ensure exceptional guest experiences and service excellence. This role leads frontline teams, coordinates event execution, manages operational resources, and ensures compliance with safety and quality standards while supporting business performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead front-of-house operations for hospitality suites, banquets, and events
  • Work closely with sales and culinary teams to ensure successful event delivery
  • Maintain consistency, quality, and integrity of food and beverage products and services
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and service standards
  • Support menu planning initiatives, including banquet, suite, seasonal, and special event offerings
  • Manage daily operations in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Lead, coach, and develop hospitality teams to achieve service excellence
  • Manage manpower planning, rostering, and staff deployment
  • Support recruitment, training, and staff engagement initiatives
  • Build strong relationships with customers, clients, and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery; address feedback and service issues promptly and professionally
  • Monitor labour costs, inventory, and COGS to support profitability
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Ensure effective inventory control and purchasing practices
  • Ensure compliance with WSH, Food Safety, HACCP, and regulatory requirements
  • Uphold food hygiene, service, and operational standards
  • Promote a safe, secure, and compliant work environment

Essential Requirements

  • Diploma in Hospitality, Business, Tourism, or a related field
  • Minimum 4 years of hospitality, banquet, or event operations experience
  • Experience leading teams and managing large-scale events
  • Strong leadership, customer service, and stakeholder management skills
  • Good knowledge of food & beverage operations and service standards
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Desirable

  • Food Safety Certification preferred
