Inspector / Final Inspector Engineer

About the role

Revima Asia Pacific Ltd. is seeking an experienced Inspector / Final Inspector Engineer to join our team in Chon Buri. This full-time position is a crucial part of our Aerospace Engineering operations, responsible for providing technical support and expertise to drive the success of our business.

What you'll be doing

• Perform visual inspection and release repair routing accurate with Repair processes
• Perform receiving inspection of aircraft components and sub-contract part
• Communicate & coordinate with Operation for works required.
• Inspect aircraft parts / components IAW CMM, IPL/IPC, Service Bulletin, Service Letter, Airworthiness Directive.
• Justify serviceable parts against CMM and/or Aviation Industry Standards (OEM Request)
• Make repair/replace decisions associated with cost reduction and quality
• Perform SB check list (Previous complied, Comply with, and not applicable)
• Coordinate with Supply Chain for repair processes and outside processes
• Separate serviceable, repairable, scrapped parts and write identification tags (Green, Yellow and Red tags)
• Perform cross-checks with another Inspector
• Support other Department for clarify Repair each process
• Blending defect on physical part in accordance with CMM and Part Instruction
• Work under pressure
• Reading mechanical drawings
• Using measuring tools (micrometer, vernier caliper, dial gauge)
• Understanding CMM (Component Maintenance Manual)
• Knowledge of airworthiness standards
• Performing visual inspections

What we're looking for

• Diploma with 1-3 years experiences or bachelor’s degree –Mechanics / Aerospace Engineering or Related
• Capability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and work instructions
• Experience in inspection in aerospace manufacturing will be a plus
• Hands-on skills in using common hand tools and measuring equipment (Common tools such as Micrometer, Three-point, Vernier caliper, Dial gauge etc.)
• Able to read, writing, speaking advance and understand CMM (Component maintenance manual) IPCs, SB, AD, SL, AOT
• Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Suite (MS Word, Office, Excel)
• Able to coordinate with other departure (Operation, supply chain, Production planner and Engineering)
• Good teamwork
• Polishing skill Required.
