About the Role
Challenge yourself in this detail-focused role supporting the accuracy and compliance of aircraft records. This is a 12-month fixed term opportunity based in Sydney, ensuring QantasLink's aircraft records are maintained to the highest regulatory and operational standards across a diverse fleet.
Essential Requirements
- Experience in technical records, aviation records, maintenance administration, or a similar administrative role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing and maintaining documentation
- Sound computer literacy and confidence using records management systems
- Ability to interpret and process maintenance documentation, work packs, logbooks and technical records
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders across Engineering, Maintenance and Planning teams
- A proactive approach to problem solving and process improvement
Desirable
- An understanding of aviation compliance, safety, or regulatory requirements
- Previous experience in an airline, MRO, or aviation maintenance environment
