Your new position as a Maintenance Supervisor will see you guiding a team performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on QantasLink’s fleet of Dash 8, A220 and customer aircrafts. You will be responsible for your team to perform rectification, servicing, maintenance and certification of Company and Client airlines, aircraft and equipment across the QantasLink network to ensure work performance meets/exceeds departmental and customer expectations.
You’ll have:
- A recognised trade qualification in the Aviation Industry, Diploma or equivalent
- A valid drivers licence and the ability to hold a Red ASIC
- Australian Aircraft Maintenance Engineers Licence rated on Dash8 and A220 in B1 or B2
- Extensive Aircraft servicing experience on various aircraft in the Base/Line Maintenance environment as an AME
- Commitment to quality, safety and continuous improvement principles
- Proven ability to problem solve while working under pressure
- Ability to effectively lead a team and communicate with all levels of staff within Qantas and our customers
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of QantasLink maintenance procedures
- Commitment to be a customer focused-team worker, with flexibility and willingness to undertake other reasonable duties as required.
