About the Role

In this exciting role, you will be at the forefront of providing exceptional customer experiences to airline travellers at Yulara. As a Check-In Crew member, you will be responsible for greeting customers, ensuring travel documents meet requirements, assigning seats, preparing and issuing boarding passes, managing baggage, assisting with gate boarding, and handling passenger marshalling and disruption management.

  • Greet customers warmly at check-in
  • Process and verify travel documents
  • Assign seats and issue boarding passes and baggage reclaim vouchers
  • Assist with gate boarding procedures
  • Marshal passengers and manage disruptions as needed

Essential Requirements

  • Professional appearance and demeanour
  • High proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Ability to pass Drug, Alcohol, and Audio tests (cost reimbursed after 6 months of employment)
  • Capability of obtaining an ASIC card (cost reimbursed after 6 months of employment)
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
  • Availability for 2 weeks of full-time paid training
