About the Role
The Financial Controller is responsible for providing strategic financial leadership across NZAero's manufacturing operations. The hands-on role oversees financial management, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, treasury, taxation, compliance, risk and asset management, IT and business performance analysis using the INFOR LN ERP. As a member of the executive leadership team, the Financial Controller will support growth, profitability, operational efficiency, and long-term strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
The Financial Controller will partner with the CEO and executive team to develop and execute strategic objectives; lead budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting; oversee manufacturing cost accounting, inventory and asset management and profitability analysis; manage treasury, cashflow and banking relationships; ensure compliance with taxation, audit and regulatory requirements; and lead and develop the finance function. Reporting to this role is Accounts, Payroll and IT personnel.
