About the Role
We are looking for individuals who excel in customer service, prioritise safety, and bring a positive, approachable attitude. This is a full-time position involving shift work, including weekends, public holidays, and occasional overnight stays. Reporting to the Head of Cabin Crew, you will be the face of our company, representing us to passengers and clients.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Consistently delivering exceptional customer service to all passengers, including serving food and drinks and addressing feedback/suggestions.
- Informing passengers about emergency and safety procedures.
- Liaising effectively with the Pilot, First Officer, and other NJE staff.
- Reporting and documenting any safety incidents or identified hazards.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident, at least 18 years of age.
- Height between 160cm and 190cm (due to the aircraft operated).
- Able to push open and pull closed doors/exits weighing up to 18kg.
- Hold a current passport and Australian driver's licence.
- Hold a current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011) and CPR Certificate (HLTAID009), or willing to obtain.
- Hold a current RSA, or willing to obtain.
- Be able to swim 50 metres unaided and tread water for 3 minutes.
- Completed a minimum of Year 12.
- Availability to work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
