The Opportunity
NJE is looking for Cabin Crew based in Perth who excel in customer service, prioritise safety and bring a positive, approachable attitude. This full-time role involves shift work including weekends, public holidays and occasional overnight stays.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all passengers, including serving food and drinks
- Inform passengers about emergency and safety procedures
- Liaise effectively with the Pilot, First Officer and other NJE staff
- Maintain thorough knowledge of policies and procedures
- Report and document safety incidents or hazards
Essential Requirements
- Australian citizen or permanent resident, at least 18 years of age
- Height between 160cm and 190cm; able to push/pull doors weighing up to 18kg
- Current passport and Australian driver's licence
- Current First Aid (HLTAID011) and CPR (HLTAID009) certificates, or willing to obtain
- Current RSA, or willing to obtain
- Able to swim 50 metres unaided and tread water for 3 minutes
- Availability to work 24/7
