About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Part Time (between 19 and 38 hours per week depending on flight schedules) Passenger Service Agent to join the Menzies Aviation Team based at Perth Airport. Our passenger service team is responsible for providing exceptional customer service whilst ensuring the smooth handling of passengers from checking in, boarding, disembarkation and baggage collection, including assistance to passengers with special needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional customer service
• Process passenger check-in
• Validate passport and documents
• Tag baggage, arrange seating and issue boarding passes
• Ensure compliance with safety and security requirements
• Use multi-airline check-in systems
• Boarding gate duties, including announcements
• Assisting special needs guests
• Participate in training activities and conduct on-the-job training

Essential Requirements

• Reliable and motivated to work
• Motivation and flexibility to work a 7-day rotational shift roster as per flight schedules, including night shift, weekends, public holidays and split shifts
• Ability to work within a fast-paced environment and meet critical deadlines
• Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously
• Strong customer service focus and experience providing outstanding customer service
