About the Role

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced and organized Cleaning Warehouse Supervisor to join our Aircraft Presentation team at Auckland International Airport.

You will oversee the efficient operation of the Warehouse and Cleaning Storeroom, ensuring airline stock, linen, cleaning products, materials, and equipment are accurately received, stored, controlled, and distributed to support daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operation and organisation of the Warehouse and Cleaning Storeroom.
• Complete accurate stocktakes and maintain effective inventory control.
• Monitor linen counts, stock received, deliveries, and stock issued to operational teams.
• Monitor stock levels and report requirements for re-ordering.
• Ensure airline stock is correctly packed, stored, and accounted for.
• Ensure Cleaning teams have the required daily supplies, products, materials, and equipment.
• Monitor cleaning equipment and report maintenance or repair requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organised, and well-presented storeroom.
• Ensure company, customer, airline, health and safety, and security procedures are followed.

About You

• Previous experience in stock control, warehousing, stores, or a similar environment.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritise, delegate, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Intermediate computer literacy.
• Forklift licence is advantageous but not essential.
• Must hold a full New Zealand Class 1 Driver Licence and be able to obtain an Airside Driving Permit.
• Flexible to work a roster, including weekends and public holidays.
