MRBTA is a not-for-profit tourism association supporting over 700 member businesses in Western Australia's Margaret River Region through destination marketing, visitor servicing, and management of nature-based attractions via its Capes Foundation.

The Margaret River Busselton Tourism Association (MRBTA) is a not-for-profit, incorporated industry association and the Local Tourism Organisation (LTO) for Western Australia's Margaret River Region. With over 50 years of experience, MRBTA represents and supports more than 700 member businesses across accommodation, attraction, winery, brewery, dining, artisan, food producer, wellness, and retail sectors. The association undertakes destination marketing and visitor servicing on behalf of the region, creating over 2 million touchpoints with visitors each year through its destination website margaretriver.com, social media channels, visitor centres, and central reservations team.

Within MRBTA, the Capes Foundation cares for eight nature and heritage-based attractions, including Ngilgi, Mammoth, Lake, and Jewel Caves; Cape Naturaliste and Cape Leeuwin Lighthouses; Capes Raptor Centre; and Forest Adventures. The foundation aims to provide quality, engaging experiences that connect people with environmental and cultural insights, protect the assets in their care for future generations, and act as an exemplar of sustainable tourism. MRBTA's marketing approach focuses on attracting the right visitors at the right times, guided by the 'Generous Nature' brand narrative, to build a sustainable, year-round visitor economy that benefits the region's businesses, community, and environment.
