Responsibilities:
- Establishes the strategic direction, priorities, and operational framework of the department to ensure alignment with Company objectives, business requirements, and applicable standards, policies, and procedures governing procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and logistics.
- Develops and translates supply chain strategies into actionable plans and initiatives aligned with the Company's objectives and business goals, ensuring effective execution and continuous alignment with evolving business requirements.
- Develops, implements, and oversees strategic approaches to the planning and procurement of materials, tools, ground support equipment, and other Company requirements, including capital projects, ensuring alignment with operational needs, financial objectives, and applicable policies.
- Establishes and leads the strategic management of vendors and subcontractors, including supplier relationship development, performance oversight, and contract negotiations, to support business continuity and favorable commercial outcomes while ensuring transparency, fair competition, and compliance with applicable policies and integrity standards.
- Provides strategic oversight of receiving inspection activities for aircraft materials, tools, equipment, and supplies, ensuring that appropriate controls and processes are established and maintained to verify their condition, preservation, and conformity with applicable requirements prior to acceptance into inventory.
- Establishes and oversees the standards, controls, and processes governing the proper storage, handling, preservation, and transportation of materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring compliance with established requirements and operational standards.
- Directs and oversees the implementation of periodic inspection and inventory control mechanisms for aircraft materials and general warehouse inventories, ensuring compliance with applicable requirements governing storage, preservation, and handling, and addressing identified risks and deficiencies
- Develops, directs, and oversees the strategic management of material sale and disposal activities in accordance with Company policies, applicable regulations, and sound commercial and operational practices.
- Ensures the department's compliance with all applicable regulatory, legal, safety, environmental, quality, and Company requirements by establishing appropriate governance mechanisms and accountability for managing operational risks.
- Establishes and oversees supply chain performance management frameworks, utilizing relevant performance indicators, operational insights, and stakeholder feedback to identify improvement opportunities and drive initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, cost effectiveness, and service quality.
- Leads the strategic planning, organization, and allocation of departmental resources and operating capabilities to support business priorities, optimize resource utilization, and ensure the achievement of established standards and objectives.
- Leads the implementation of personnel policies and procedures within the department, ensuring consistent application, effective management practices, and alignment with organizational values and requirements.
- Provides leadership and direction to departmental personnel by establishing clear accountabilities, empowering teams, and fostering collaboration to ensure effective execution of departmental strategies, priorities, and objectives.
- Develops and implements talent, succession, and manpower development strategies that strengthen organizational capabilities and enhance the knowledge, skills, values, and attitudes of personnel in support of current and future business requirements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a people management role.
- Proven experience in manufacturing, supply chain, cargo, logistics, or warehousing operations.
- Strong decision-making, leadership, and people management skills.
- Knowledge of logistics operations, supply chain management, inventory control, import/export processes, and export control regulations.
- Familiarity with customs requirements, transportation documentation, and relevant laws and regulations.
- Excellent planning, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
