We are looking for an Operations Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day activities of Laminar Aviation Inc.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the Laminar Aviation Inc.
- Ensure efficient coordination between operations, flight, maintenance, and support teams.
- Liaise closely with the Subic team to ensure smooth and timely execution of operational requirements.
- Monitor manpower, schedules, resources, and overall operational workflow.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) requirements, Philippine Civil Aviation Regulations (PCAR), and company procedures.
- Maintain operational records, reports, and required documentation.
- Identify operational issues and implement appropriate solutions.
- Support audits, inspections, and regulatory compliance activities.
- Provide regular operational updates and recommendations to management.
- Lead and guide team members while maintaining a professional and safety-focused work environment.
Qualifications
- At least 2–3 years of supervisory or management experience, preferably in aviation.
- Experience in aviation operations environment is preferred
- Working knowledge of CAAP regulations and PCAR.
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with teams across different locations, particularly Subic.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple operational priorities.
- Strong commitment to aviation safety, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.
